The Beginning

Paragon Construction Services was formed in early 2011. The two founders were both raised in multi-generational, entrepreneurial families. Coming from different backgrounds (one being a native Charlottean that was practically raised in the family restaurant business while the other grew up working alongside his father who had 25+ years general contracting experience) the two met each other while attending college at Western Carolina University.

After successful careers in consulting and sales, both founders got an aspiration to start a business together that started off as a two-man operation specializing in roofing projects associated with insurance claims resulting from natural catastrophes.

As Paragon's expertise in roofing developed, they naturally expanded into other construction exteriors such as siding, windows, doors and outdoor living spaces.

The Present

Our company’s growth is considered to be very organic, in the sense that we’ve expanded our product knowledge, enlarged our customer base and increased our output and sales.

Today, our team consists of 12+ full-time employees who are highly trained and ready to tackle new challenges. We are proud to say that we are a trusted trade partner for many builders in the Carolinas. Our company is a cohesive family and we are focused on maintaining our relevance as one of the top companies in our area that specialize in construction exteriors.
